In the late 70's Daylight here in the UK was actually referred to as 4300k cool white.
These tubes are unshielded

Spot on for mid seventies with these! Sept 1976. There was just six months left to the Atlas brand when these left the factory gates - by Apr 1977 almost all lines had switched to Thorn branding.

Tolerance respect and fairness = peace and harmony. The opposite also applies.
