It is from Steinitz. This model was installed a lot since late 80's to late 90's, peak in early 90's. It appears to be withdrawn by the late 90's as it does not appear in Steinitz website as of 1999

It indeed looks like Trilux 9331. It can be in fact a Trilux - Steinitz did import a lot of lights from different manufacturers and rebrand them as their own

However. Those ligths have the same venting/filtering insert as the ST-145 and the 70's model floodlights. The floodlights are locally made. If the Trilux 9331 does not have this part, it means that either the Steinitz is locally made (perhaps a clone of the Trilux, clones and knockoffs were very common in the local lighting industry), or that they locally modified the Trilux to add this part
