This looks a real oldie. There are no labels and the ballast is missing a label though it looks like an old GE with the cross section oval style . Anyway, it works. The line current with this lamp is .75a @42w. Surprisingly, no one else bidded so I got it for 10 bucks.

Very cool and an awesome deal! Looks like a 12" Circline to me.

I like my lamps thick, my ballasts heavy, and my fixtures tough.

Yep, it's FC12T9 32w. I was wondering what it might look like with a shallow glass bowl diffuser and miniature LED med base spotlights shining out the opposite sides. This will need some slight restoration work though.

Yeah I saved the picture and I was able to zoom in and saw the FC12T9-CW Ordering code
Do you have a picture of the wiring and the ballast?
I think it would be cool with one of those two circuit switches. one pull of the string the incandescent sockets are active another the Circline activates and another both incandescent and fluorescent
