I'm intrigued that they exist in so many different colours. Weren't these used in German style telephone switchboards? In Britain we also had big telephone switchboard lamps of 50V but they were in round bulbs, and only in four colours plus clear.

Hello
Normally here four colours plus clear too. Frosted and clear have the sam function. The Orange one is a very special because it isn't in any catalogues. In Germany the was used in telephone switchboards. I know only that white/Clear is Voltage, for the other things i have du ask a good friend from, he know this stuff. 50V in Britain? Very interesting with the ball shape. I think there was the colours green, yellow, red and blue too? What base has them, B15d? I know from special constructions from these for french and British market with Ba15d base. These are extremmly rare, because they was only made when somebody would get some of them.

Thank you Weitester
