I don't know for what the giant turtles needs this lighting bomb in their small cage.
Probably this cage, is to save them from the heat in the summer and rain in the winter, and this floodlight simulates the giant turtle daylight vision.
I don't know what are the wavelengths range of the giant turtle vision.
