Can someone identify these light fixtures? They are from 1967 - 1972

I can't quite identify them, but I have certainly seen these before. NorthPark Mall in Dallas, Texas has these still in use for parkinglot lighting with mercury vapor still employed.

I could've sworn I saw some of these or something similar at habitat a while back.
