http://www.donsbulbs.com/bulbs/g623/l/ge1956lampbulletin/72.gif Apparently GE produced a 4-lamp F90T17 ballast for 240+ volt systems called the "Forlamp" as opposed to "Tulamp". I never knew such a thing existed!

Interesting. I have seen a 240-277v F90/100T17 ballast for sale on E-bay before but it was a two lamp one.
