Those are vossloh schwabe ballast i think.

Yes, those ballasts are quite rare in N America. I tried to get some from Semperlite but they were sold out. I think VS may still make them but I'm not sure and I haven't got a clue where to get them. I'd like to find a stash of them sometime....

They are European-style chokes made to 120V 60Hz specs. That style of ballast is very common in Europe (switch start, only just a choke as the mains is 230V).

I have some on lampi fixtures. One has no cover so it'll be scrap and the other is remaining as a desk lite.

I have a 4-8 W one in a small Lampi fixture as well. I have another one I got on eBay but the mounting plate is cut shorter (it was sold as used).
