2012's LED fixtures are not to different to new LED fixtures installed near to my area in 2017 and 2018.

-I dont speak English very well. Compact Fluorescent (PL)
-Say NO to incandescent bulbs ban! Incandescent Lamp
-lamp saver Mercury Vapor Lamp

Eight years of service, what a waste. So much for "25 years of service!". Some of the Philips SGS 203's in my town where installed in 1988 and still going strong. That is 31 years of service! Beat that LED!

Do I read 270W? Thats a lot! Never seen any streetlight with such high wattage hereabouts. But it looks well made and for its age this could be used again on different road stretches. Does it happens often that such new fixtures are going to the waste in your area?
