Last Sunday (2017-8-13) my sister wanted go to World Market at Cobb Place, Kennesaw, GA, USA to find something for herself. I shopped for myself and found a lighting section of own. I found BT56 shaped incandescent light bulb, but I chose this one instead. This specimen set me back USD $39.99 for this bulb. It came with [Medium] (one-inch) Edison Screw (E26) to Single-contact (Mogul in America) Goliath Edison Screw (E39) adapter.

Hi Robert, yep these are huge and pricy, unfortunately I can't seem to find the huge Pear Shape Bulb but I do have the BT56 version mine is 240 volts 100 watts.

.

I also have the smaller BT37 Lamp too also 240 volts 100 watts

These are also available from online vendors. I got my BT56 Bulbrite lamp from 1000bulbs.com for ~25.
