"Dekalumen" must mean "10 Lumens".

This lamp is found between the floors of a floor.
Some years ago a lady had an advertising on a local auction site, called Marktplaats.
She would trade the lamps against a houseplant. She told me these lamps were found between the floors of a floor.
There were thirty or more and also some smaller ones, and all with a rusty base, like yours.
The one on the photo is one of the better quality because most of them were complete rusted.
I did send her some money to buy a plant because sending it in a box wouldn't work.
So this lamp has a special story.
