They can be also found in the Netherlands. Never known that they could be found outside. In NL they are extreme rare.

@Santaarnpaal: Maybe that is due to the fact, that I live quite near to the Dutch Border (Aalten, Winterswijk, Dinxperlo)
Do you know, who produced them?? You can still find them quite often in my hometown, but they will also be repaced within the next time, because they are all MV.

This is not really a problem, believe me. I use my lanterns for room-lighting.

I have in my main room more than one lantern, and I have enough space. But real, I hope you get minimum one lantern. Then everything will change...

No, I donīt really know the exact name, but I am quite sure that it must be AEG.

In the neighbour city they replace all the old "Stufenleuchten" like this one (the city was full of them):

http://www.lighting-gallery.net/gallery/displayimage.php?pos=-45513

A few weeks ago I asked the workers if I coul have one of those and they told me, that those ones were made by AEG.

They have exactly the same fastener/lock made from metal like this one, and the cover sheet looks also very similar. So I am quite sure, that this is also AEG made
