New old stock eBay find, both the box and label on the fixture say Pittsburgh Reflector but it has the same model # as the Western Electric version. Here it is lit with Philips Alto cool white lamps because they were easiest to get at for testing.

Yep these are made by Pittsburgh Reflector Co and some by Day-Brite Lighting for Western Electric (the old phone company) for their switching facilities. I have four F40T12 versions and three F20T12 versions like this. Way cool that you found an NOS one. Can you take a picture of the box? What brand ballast is inside? All of my F20 ones have GE Bonusline ballasts but my 4ft ones all have different brand ballasts. What's the ballast's age? (check the mounting tabs on the ballast if GE and check the backside for Advance or universal brand ballasts)

The ballast is a GE Bonus Line.

I've seen these used inside some of the old AT&T Long Lines microwave site equipment buildings and I have been wanting one for a long time, glad I was able to snag one for a good deal.

Yeah they are cool lights are are certainly overbuilt! Made to last a long time! Do you plan to install yours or are you going to keep it with its box?

I am planning on hanging it over either the workbench in the garage or my desk/workbench in the office, but the better half told me I have too many lights in here now though

The box had water damage so I just saved the end with the label markings and threw the rest away.

Women: wah, waah, waaah.
You should've replied with "you have too many shoes" or "you have too many purses". Of course, that would've earned you a one way ticket to the couch.
I'm glad I plan on having lights instead of ladies. Lights seem to be the best at brightening my day up.
