I've yet to see them operating, as they turned off too early. But you can see that the COB LEDs begins to blackens.

Ew!

Why I like LEDs on top of other lighting tech?
LEDs = Upgrade 95% of the applications. (That is if you avoid eBay's LEDs).

LED brainwash? No, people uses them cuz they work well for them.

Hey, at least it is trying to imitate a metal halide.

Any machine is a smoke machine if you operate it wrong enough.

It looks to be a custom printed Chinese cheap floodlight, they are available on Aliexpress for few bucks with free shipping and if you order enough they will print anything on them for you, there is a reason they are going dark they are cheap, you might want to check that the case is grounded as well that is a common problem with them and that any safety marking printed on them are actually legit like the commonly printed CE mark which was not granted normally...

@beta5, no they won't normally explode but they will let out a horrible smelling cloud of magic smoke which will normally set off a commercial fire alarm causing all sorts of panic in a hospital, more then a light bulb popping in a fixture and going dark...

I think Nisko printed the text on this floodlight. Importers of generic fixtures, usually prints the text on the lanterns here in some printing house.

I"m don't speak English well, and rely on online translating to write in this site.
Please forgive me if my choice of my words looks like offensive, while that isn't my intention.

I only working with the European date format (dd.mm.yyyy).

I lives in Israel, which is a 230-240V, 50hz country.

They dont explode, but i have one (from a different local sticker brand Zeev Shimon) with 1 100W COB where the COB cracked, it shows a pattern like a Glass panel that was broken but didnt fall apart. When powered up it works for a while with only part of the COB illuminated, and starts flashing when it warms up

I see this going EOL very shortly. They should have left the HID light up as it would last longer than this.
