3 years old an already a collectable piece. It is a warm-white halophosphate of quite bad cri. I've saved 2 new tubes as I also like the "cheap" charme of the halophosphate light.

Philips T5 / 13 W lamps with 530 phosphor were in 2007, when I got a pair of them, already "Made in China". In the nineties they were still "Made in Holland", too...

How is the light of a 530 compared to an 830 or 827. It's just that here in the U.K., 530 are rare, if ever seen atall.

For me it looks more purple then light color 830. Yellow objects look a bit greenish. But I like it as it is a bit oldschool.
