My first serious T12 tube (Philips TL 20 /32 warm white deluxe)

Got these tubes today for 50c per piece. There are NOS and have the old warm white deluxe which should be now the light color 830. They are of course not very bright but the light quality is unbelieveable good - its excellent in my eyes.

Datecode is M2 so I think they are from the early eighties if I am right.
Maybe one of the last T12 with this light color...

Could it be that the tubes are from 1962? Beacause the "P" of Philips looks more like pre 1980...

The colour 32 was discontinued in the early 1980's! So this one here is from the last ones made! This endcap style was used for some period in the 80's. the latest one I have is from 1989!

Nice ones by the way

Yes 82 is correct year of manufacture, 2002 would have CE marking, but probably would not exist as a T12 as colour 830 superseded it. The earliest I have seen this flatter end cap is on a TL20W/47 I have from 1980.

We do not have to agree on anything to be kind to one another. The ability to be civil is available to everyone on earth, for free.
