Wouldnt the top lamp be from 1983? The Circleville ones from 1973 were still inside etched.

@Silverliner- The top may be from '83 but I've seen T8's from as far back as '71 that were outside etched from the Circleville plant. I have a 14T8 from 5/71 that's outside etched. Circleville used outside etches first from my observation. Too bad, inside etches are much better.

Preheat and T-12 fluorescents forever! Down with LED's and instant start T-8 fluorescents.
