When I returned from this lantern , I've noticed that one of the lanterns in my street is out.
I went to it, and seen the lamp barely glowing white.
What can cause this?

This isn't a reflection, but a glow from the arctube. I captured this without any vehicle near me that its light would reflect from the cover.

I"m don't speak English well, and rely on online translating to write in this site.
