Now there's an oddity: I've never seen 15w C7 lamps before.

I have all the Feit C7s -- clear and white, and the colored 7C7s in indicator/nightlight shape in ceramic red, blue, green, yellow, and orange. They are very high quality bulbs with nicely detailed filaments, careful solders in the bases, and excellent ceramic coatings.

@Lumalux: I am very much presume that you like C7 christmas light as well...

These are my favorite C7 bulbs groups that I have collected over these years...

I have posted several C7 lights and strings here. You can go ahead look at my gallery and enjoy.

Pretty, please no more Chinese failure.

rjluna2: I do love Christmas lights. The C7s and C9s are my favorites followed by the series C6s and miniatures. My collection is not exclusively vintage lights but is probably about 50/50 old and new.

Out of the whole internet, I was only able to find one vendor who could sell me the Feits in all the colors. I wanted them because I knew that they had the nightlight/indicator C7 shape in ceramic colors, unlike the pointy shape C7s you usually find in colors. The way they were sent to me is on 4-lamp cards for retail sale (in yellow, red, blue, and green) and in a square box of 25 individually boxed orange bulbs. The Feits are a little bright at 7 watts. I'd prefer a 5 or even 4 watt version of this lamp.

My Christmas light collection is huge. It's completely separate from my collection of general lighting bulbs (A19s, mercury vapor, PARs, decorative flame shapes, etc.).

E-mail me if you want sources.

Lumalux, why don't you post some pictures of your collection to see if there something that we don't have in our collection and may worth sharing the forgotten lighting technology.

Pretty, please no more Chinese failure.
