Target switches manufacturers from year to year. The best C-7s in the replacement packs were for several consecutive years about 5 years ago. The lamps were triple-dip dyed in saturated red, blue, green, amber, and purple, and the filaments were well constructed. I don't know who the manufacturer is but the bases are always stamped with "KL", made in China. You'll find them on nightlight bulbs and a lot of commercially available C-7s in 130v, both 5 and 7w.

Oh, wow! I'd love to find some teal (cyan) bulbs, too, and I have purple bulbs but way too dark of a tint; they look neat though!
