These Wicks coach lanterns are ideal for HID lamps, as their aluminium with glass panels, they come with an ES lamp holder, so no mod is required, they also have good thick feed wires to carry the 2.3KV strike voltage, shown running in the daytime as not to `bleach` out the camera.

Its a standard porcelain one like the ones found in most 70watt HPS floods here, thats why I like these fittings for HID mods.
