The pinked out 70W internal starter HPS lamp, inside the AEG Koffer 70, dead

I went to the bus station only to find that the cycling pinked out 70W internal starter HPS lamp, is dead. The starter flashing, and the arctube won't start, and only flashing at mercury color.
I called Kiryat Ata about this lantern and other lanterns with EOL or cycling HPS lamps.

When this lamp got close to EOL, it did one or two cycles during run-up: https://www.lighting-gallery.net/gallery/displayimage.php?pos=-154560
Than later it began to rectify during run-up and cycles and get pinker color after than: https://www.lighting-gallery.net/gallery/displayimage.php?pos=-156597
Than it increased the number of cycles and eventually had hard restrking: https://www.lighting-gallery.net/gallery/displayimage.php?pos=-158081
Eventually it began to cycle all night, and than reached to this state that it only flashing bluish mercury. Several days later, it stopped working and it still don't working these days.
With this video, I think that this is an infinite cycle rather than the lamp not starting, because I had cases where the thermal cutout sometimes opened and the lamp would stop flashing. What I think happened, is that at the evening, the lamp start at normal, than cycle, and when the thermal cutout opened, this resulted in this infinite restriking tries.
In shorts: This lamp had an EOL similar to the Chinese Osram NAV(SON)-E 250W and 150W.

I don't think it restrikes like that without starter, more likely the thermal cutout welded close and starter triggers buffer gas that doesn't sustain arc until ballast dies.

But the flashes are very bright for cold starting. Also some days after this video was taken, I've seen this SON-I lamp stopping flashing for a while than continue, like if the thermal cutout opens for short time than closes, like if the lamp is hot.

Yeah the quite bright flash, and green/blue colour, shows how much the start gas pressure has reached its electrical wear out stage, I’m quite surprised the glow bottle still operates at this age in the lamp?
