When I was with my father at Azrieli Haifa mall, I've seen flashes coming somewhere. When I looked at their source, I've seen this striplight flashing. Initially I thought it is an EOLED, but soon discovering that all of these striplights are T5 with programmed start electronic ballast, and also proved that the flashing striplight have a spectrum of triphosphors and not of white LED. Never seen such defection with electronic fluorescent ballasts.
