EOL T5 at the corridor of the stock ramps of Carmel hospital

There are lots of T5 here, that not working or glowing dim color. This one lights for a sec before shutting down by the ballast.

I've had a Circline desk lamp that exhibited this same EOL characteristic with an EOL lamp. This was with an electronic Keystone ballast
that came with the desk lamp, rated for 30w, and 32w Circline lamps.
(The Laguna Niguel 30w Circline desk lamp from Lowes, years ago.) That desk lamp actually EOL'd lamps impressively, but this was cut short
by the ballast. The lamp would start with each flip of the switch, but the ballast would shut the lamp off.

Interests:
1. Motorcycles, cars, Women, and Lighting (especially fluorescent)
2. Weightlifting/staying extremely athletic
3. Severe Thunderstorms of all kinds
4. Food and drinks. So gimme them bbq ribs
Lighting has ALWAYS been a passion of mine. I consider everyone on here to be a friend
