On the left you see a before shot of the polycarbonate lens on the right headlamp of my car. After about thirty minutes worth of polishing the lens was restored to like-new condition. I used a polshing kit to do the restoration.

Nice job . I like carhead lamp reflectors...they are very efficient.

I used severeal different grades of abrasive. I started with AO400 and finished with AO12000. After this I used a liquid abrasive to finish the surface and remove the 'haze' created by the abrasives.
