DIY 28w 2D Adapter mk 1.5

Running a 28w Sylvania Lynx QE 840.
Looks a lot better in that shade than the 16w which looked a little lost.
The shade, a glass JAKOBSBYN from IKEA (available in different finishes) is quite large!
This has made my landing at the top of the stairs quite a bit brighter than the 16w lamp and as before, the ballast gives a really nice preheat so the high amount of switching that it is going to get is not an issue.
Gets fairly warm but nowhere near hot.
