The cycler in my street, suddently redded out and stopped cycling

The cycler in my street, suddently redded out and stopped cycling

Until recently, the lantern marked with the arrow, was a cycler, and had the usual golden color of a new HPS lamp, that was the same as the rest lanterns in this area. However early in the morning today, I've seen that this lantern suddenly have much redder color than usual, and don't cycle at all.
Since HPS lamps can't go from golden orange of new HPS, to the reddish orange color of an old HPS so fast, and Qiryat Ata don't relampping at night, I don't know why this is happening.

I checked it today from the ground, and it didn't looked different in colour than the rest HPS lamps. But from the third floor of my hostel, it looks like this. Also, the lamp don't cycles anymore, and when it cycled, it cycled regularly on its regular golden orange color of a new SON. The ignitor of the lantern often began to operate before the lamp extingushed.
Since lamps that cycles regularly in orange SON colour, won't get redded out and stop to cycle, I think simply that Qiryat Ata went mad, and relampped this lantern with a slightly redded out SON-T, as it don't cycles at all, and the former SON-T cycled in orange SON colour.

Update: This lantern start to cycle again. It restrike at much lower brightness than its full output, but don't reaches pinkish white or mercury colour.
Another update: I checked it again now, and it cycling the same as before, restriking at orange SON colour (But dimmer than the full output). The lamp is the same one as before (The lantern hasn't been relamped).

Update: It looks like this lantern have this coluor only early in the morning, since at this time, its lamp stuck in the "Ignitor operation on working lamp" mode continuously, and is dimmer than when it is at full brightness, so it is also not cycle. When it is cycle, and the ignitor don't interference the lamp, it have less red colour than this.
