I have been using the SMT diode LED lamps for GLS replacement for a while, but this type is far better than the, (downward directed), early SMT ones, and their a good price in the UK now, to what they were when they first came out.

Nice looking lamps.
In general I like the look of filament-style LEDs

Colored Fluorescent's such as F40T12 Red or  Green or Blue are awesome...

I prefer them to the older, `heavy`, heat sinked, SMT ones, and their size to traditional GLS is more welcome too
