Vintage Fluorescent Floor Lamps

Vintage Fluorescent Floor Lamps

I was trying to rearrange one of my storage areas and had several of my floor lamps together. I figured it would make a great pic to show how crazy I am!!!
And no, that's not all of them!

Your photos never fail to impress. I'm still trying to track down one of these linear fluorescent versions to complement my Circline floor lamps.

I like my lamps thick, my ballasts heavy, and my fixtures tough.

Nice! In my (humble) opinion the linear tubes look better then a Circline in these type of fixtures, I don't see many of these older fluorescent lamps around anymore infact the first time I saw one was on this very site.

I actually discovered lighting-gallery.net while searching on how to rewire one of those Dazor manual pre-heat desk lamps.

@DimBulb you have any awesome collection of very interesting items

Actually spotted one at the ReStore. Brown Model 2134. Got the lamps but not the fixture. I have two.

Thanks!
Funny how there were so many variations of basically same lamp.

My very first word was LIGHT!

I wouldn't say "crazy," I would say LUCKY!

Preheat and T-12 fluorescents forever! Down with LED's and instant start T-8 fluorescents.
