They claim it replaces up to 250w MH and up to 12000 lumens but it does have the option to use 3000K LEDs which is less harsh

I've seen 3000K LEDs that looks harsh. Either gold or pinkish white similar to a 530 color halophosphors fluorescent.

Yeah, like I said, these are Cooper Lighting Metroline fixtures, and the arm its self its the whole fixture.
