A few OV20s, some of them not working, on the driveway of Sacre-Coeur Hospital, North end of Montreal. Ballast is probably in the base of the post.

Even the LAX airport in Low Angeles, California has them still in use. They use them as portable lights.

Power provider: Southern California Edison (SCE)

-Date decoder of some US lamps 1960-present.
-Switch and receptacle collector.
-I'll save any vintage lamp! Smiley

Typically these are 400w mv and in a few cases 250w. I suppose with a remote ballast, you could use whatever wattage you wanted though. Awesome to see them still in use!

Please check out my newly-updated website! McCann Lighting Company is where my street light collection is displayed in detail.

Actually I'm not sure of the watts at all. Very dimmed however. Just about 2-3 Lux on the road.
