Looks Like a VLux LPX (SOX) or CLX (PL-L). also sold in the UK as the Tamlite "TAMCOURT" Street Lantern.

I have seen the lantern you are talking about in a lot of european companies websites, included VLUX in Belgium, TAMLITE in UK but also VYRTYCH and MODUS in Czech Republic, they are also sold in Turkey... I have also seen them in some PHILIPS catalogs as XRC 90. I have never known who has really concieved this lantern. They might be produced by an unknown company under a white label...

This could be the same about the lantern above.
