I have an idea: Revive the EOL tubes with this simple circuit, a fluorescent tube in series with a incandescent lamp!

If this is a 18W T8 lamp, than no, since they have krypton instead of argon, which have both much higher ignition voltage and higher restriking voltage, so it can't be operated on a resistive ballast..

I"m don't speak English well, and rely on online translating to write in this site.
Please forgive me if my choice of my words looks like offensive, while that isn't my intention.

I only working with the European date format (dd.mm.yyyy).

I lives in Israel, which is a 230-240V, 50hz country.

-Say NO to incandescent bulbs ban! Incandescent Lamp
-lamp saver Mercury Vapor Lamp

You can do this on 4-13W T5, 15W and 30W T8 and T12.
