This is a vintage carbon fillament bulb made by Orion in Austria. It has the emblem of the city Vienna on it as it was meant for the use in public infrastructure.

Looks like it would still light up...but I'd do it on a step-down transformer if it's on a 220v supply.

I have already tried it. Its a 220V lamp and it works perfect. There are 2 separate filaments in it - don't know why. Maybe that it lights still if one of the filament brakes.

It looks like the filaments are in series so if one burned out, the other would go out as well.
