Cheap Soleo heavy duty lamp with a strange failure

When I tried this cheapo (50 Cents) out it started to delevope this blue fog inside within a second. I turned it off immediately and I think I will burned out if I turn it on again.
What could this be? Air inside?

Its likely there is air in it, either it was not evacuated properly at manufacturing or it lost vacuum

I've seen that with some flame shaped bulbs at a friend's house. Unique pattern for sure.

Why I like LEDs on top of other lighting tech?
LEDs = Upgrade 95% of the applications. (That is if you avoid eBay's LEDs).

LED brainwash? No, people uses them cuz they work well for them.

Water got inside during manufacture. I have seen many bulbs fail this way at my house and at work before mostly with dollar store bulbs especially the Sunbeam bulbs.

It might get darker. Most of the lights I had failed by simply going out if they where on, the others made a flash when turned on. They have lasted anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours.

When my mother still used GE mushroom shaped krypton filled lamps, these lamps being ejected from their bases at EOL, leaving the base inside the socket. Also, in my former hostel at Lilenblum street, incandescent lamps that imported by IG international electronic, made a strong white flash and a loud boom and tripped the main circuit breaker.

I"m don't speak English well, and rely on online translating to write in this site.
Please forgive me if my choice of my words looks like offensive, while that isn't my intention.

I only working with the European date format (dd.mm.yyyy).

I lives in Israel, which is a 230-240V, 50hz country.

It isn't recommended to run an incandescent lamp that got air inside but its filament is still intact, as this can cause arcing and than explosion.
