The glare from these LED lanterns, is very high compared to the light on the road.

I only working with the European date format (dd.mm.yyyy).

I lives in Israel, which is a 230-240V, 50hz country.

dor123 yes, they are glaring, but not so much.
For example, cars at 0:23 have all low light and they don't glare at all.
