Found at that one sale where I got that vintage Moe Light flourescent desk lamp and some other stuff from back in June. Got around 7 of these and some had damaged packaging ( will show in next post of a good package) due to getting wet by rain since most of the sale tables were outside. UPDATED INFO, has a 2 J with pac man symbol stamped on base for September 2012. There were 5 Philips and 2 other stamped on base Chinese import S14 clear bulbs and no top etch by SIVAL, a total of 7 bulbs in one lot I found few weeks back.
