Came out of an GLAR-BAN dual light aluminum fixture for use in aircraft cockpits or other interior, Found the fixture off that same sale where the Moe Light flourescent desk lamp came from. Only this one bulb came out of the GLAR-BAN fixture and other socket was empty. That fixture will be shown in next posts

Dual-filament lamps of this size usually have a BA15D base (Bayonet double contact) or sometimes a wedge base like the 3157 lamp made for cars
