Same ballast and HV transformer as mine . But the starters in your bug zapper, is hidden, and in mine are points out from the side, and are easy to replace.

I"m don't speak English well, and rely on online translating to write in this site.
Please forgive me if my choice of my words looks like offensive, while that isn't my intention.

I only working with the European date format (dd.mm.yyyy).

I lives in Israel, which is a 230-240V, 50hz country.

The ballast is a bit different, look at the end caps over the coil

Also the hot glue on the starters screams China, but the starter sockets have the same shape as some Italian ones that i dont know the name of the manufacturer (same one that makes the fluorescent sockets with the green plasitc part)

I've bought these about two years ago. Probably your bug zapper is a newer model, I like how they have moved the starter sockets.

@Ash:
Yes they are both chinese. The hot glue is only to secure better the starter in the socket(I think also because it's not very easy to access the ballast compartment).
