Here you see a older American OSRAM/Sylvania H33AR-400 400 watt Mercury Vapour Lamp with Clear T16 Tubular Bulb and E39 or Mogul Cap. This Lamp was popular in the 1960's/70's for replacing the Obsolete Glass Arc Mercury Lamps, but by the late 1970's these too became discontinued in Europe for Metal Halide Lamps this lamp was made by OSRAM/Sylvania Inc. until the early 2000's
