Nice! Cool that it's from 2013. I have one NOS from 1998.

Good quality things are awesome. Cheaply made things are not.

Collector of lights and anything else that interests me as long as I have space for that particular thing!

Nice, rapid start is my favorite kind of fluorescent ballast!

I like all kinds of lighting and electrical, except for LED, which I classify as a disease.
- HID lamp and fixture collector
- Vintage incandescent lamp collector

Proudly suffering from Westinghouse Lifeguard sickness since 2019.
Save the sodium lamps!

And my least favorite is electronic instant start! Very boring.

Nice ballast, I have a couple that came with Lithonia strip lights. These are rapid start but I find they tend to have a high enough OCV that they instant start most of the shorter lamps it was rated for.

I've seen two models of HO ballasts for the F24 and F48 lamps, this one which runs 2' to 7' lamps with a high OCV and a smaller one that's the same height as a slimline ballast which only runs 2' and 4' lamps which has a lower OCV and dosen't instant start the lamps.
