Only thing I didn't like with this ballast is the filament voltage on the yellows is to high and makes the end of the lamps connected to them glow brightly, which is noticed greatly when the other lamp is removed or EOL. I soldered on a diode to one of the yellow leads to cut the voltage in half. the diode allows AC power to flow only one way cutting the voltage in half. With that mod the filaments are receiving the same power as the ones on the blue and red leads at a level of just barely glowing
