McCann Lighting Shorting Cap!

McCann Lighting Shorting Cap!

Here's my homemade McCann Lighting shorting cap, made from a gutted older Fisher Pierce photocell that was a dayburner and a newer Fisher Pierce/Sun-Tech/Electroswitch Corp cover. The label is sorta based off the pre-SouthConn Ripley labels.

I found a couple of typos on it (not until after I glued it on the shorting cap though lol). "REMOVED" should be "REMOVE" and "120V AC 60Hz" should be "480V MAX AC 60Hz". Oh well... Not a big deal lol.

Anyway, here's a breakdown of the model number:

TLSHCP = Twist-Lock SHorting CaP
480 = 480V MAX
BR = Brown cover

Lol, nice job. I have a 35w HPS ballast with a missing label and was thinking of making a sticker for it like this.

Any machine is a smoke machine if you operate it wrong enough.
