Mom knows the best. My mom is aware that I am old soviet fluorescent lighting geek, so she found a person that was selling NOS 1990s made soviet starters, and she got me a box of 50, full of NOS neon soviet fluorescent starters. I love her so much. I am set in indestructible starters for my life. Soviet starters could flash EOL tube for decades and not get stuck
