Here is the lighting control that is made out of pvc. At first, I thought these were homemade, but then I saw more of them in other towns. They work exactly like the Precision ones. The only difference is that this style has a normal outlet on the bottom and not a twist-lock.

I always wanted one of those. My town used them in the 80s and 90s for the Christmas decorations on the utility poles. Now they still sit on certain poles and do nothing and haven't been used since 98 ish. Most still have the older, green top Fisher Pierce PCs still in them. I wonder if I can make 1 of these.
