That was mounted on a wooden pole in Norwood, Ohio with a remote ballast 400W Westinghouse OV-25. I have pictures of the luminaire assemblies on here.

Your mission - should you choose to except it - is to save unique and rare HID lighting before it's all scrapped.

The bottom looks to be crimped on so i was thinking of using some heat shrink tubing
