Is this the proper wiring for this ballast for a 175 watt mv lamp!?!? If not how does this wire I lost my pic of the wiring before removing...

Looks like it should work. The only other possible way would be if the capacitor is on the other terminal. Someone else with the same AE ballast will have to look.
