Got this from a junked wall pack. The capacitor was oozing its guts but replaced it and ballast works great and silent.

Nice save! Too bad its rusty but hey it works and its quiet! I painted the ballast core in my PSMH M-400A2 because it was all rusty. Was sick of the rust flakes getting all inside the fixture lol.
