An Ebay purchase some time ago, these have since been fitted into an old Courtney Pope 8ft twin fitting. Starter in the picture for size reference, yes these are big! Possibly manufactured 1994 (J94)?

It can be either September or October 1994 as well

I take it is not similar to what we have in our market sold as rapid start either

Pretty, please no more Chinese failure.

Are these starterless ballasts SRS?

I"m don't speak English well, and rely on online translating to write in this site.
Please forgive me if my choice of my words looks like offensive, while that isn't my intention.

I only working with the European date format (dd.mm.yyyy).

I lives in Israel, which is a 230-240V, 50hz country.

I think these ones are Quickstart. I think the American equivalent would be Rapid start, but I'm not too sure on that

Quickstart and rapid start aren't the same ballast topology.
