I got the top one in October 2018. Here is a picture of it from when I first got it. I got the bottom one yesterday and also replaced it with an RELB-2S40-N electronic ballast.

These both came from fixtures like these.

Don't be fooLED, T8 IS the worst thing to do to a magnetic T12 fixture.
